How can I transfer my prescription from my pharmacy?

There are two ways to transfer your prescription from your current pharmacy:

1. Go to the homepage and click 'Switch to Qwark' and follow the steps outlined in the process. And Qwark team will take care of the rest. OR

2. During checkout, choose the option "Transfer from my old pharmacy" and include the name and phone number of your pharmacy and we’ll get in touch with them on your behalf to transfer your prescription. This process typically takes 2-3 business days.
