Can I transfer a prescription for a refill?

Yes, you can definitely transfer a prescription for a refill!

If your prescription is currently at a pharmacy: During checkout you'll be asked to provide your pharmacy name and phone number, and we'll take care of the transfer for you.

If your prescription is currently with your doctor: After you submit your order, have your doctor’s office send your prescription to us either electronically at "Qwark Pharmacy" in Sunnyvale, CA, or let us know who your doctor is and we will take care of the transfer. 

To place an order:

• Head over to www.qwarkhealth.com and enter the name of your medication(s) in the search bar. 
• Select the correct form, strength and package size and click Add to Cart.
• Click on the cart icon at the top right hand corner and click Checkout Now to get started.
