We accept most HSA and FSA debit cards issued with the Visa and MasterCard logo, as well as credit and debit cards from major US banks displaying the Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express logo.
If your HSA or FSA debit card is not accepted during checkout, you may need to contact the company that issued the card and request they add Qwark Health to their approved merchant list. If your HSA/FSA company is unable to do so, we can provide you with an itemized receipt that you can submit for reimbursement. Please submit a request and we would be glad to help.
