Upon checkout, we'll email you a confirmation of your order to the email address on your account. This confirmation email will contain the medication name as well as the strength, quantity and order total.
You can also find a copy of your receipt in your account dashboard by visiting the 'Account Summary' page and clicking on the order number. Once you see the order you would like to print, use your browser's Print functionality to print the page or save it as a PDF to your computer.
If you need a specific receipt format for reimbursement from your insurance or FSA/HSA company, please submit a request to our Customer Support Team with your requirements. We'll follow up with a PDF copy of the receipt once we verify a few pieces of information with you.
