Unlike some companies, we’ll only charge you when we are ready to ship your prescription, not when you place your order.
When you place an order, a pre-authorization for the total amount is placed on your card. If there are any issues and the order cannot be filled, the authorization will be released. We first collect your information and payment details when you place an order. We then transfer your prescription from your current pharmacy or your doctor, fill the prescription and charge you when we are ready to ship it.
Please note: Once the order is in shipped status, we cannot cancel it. And there are no returns on medications once an order has been shipped.
