You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and going to your Account Summary. We'll show you your most recent orders with a step-by-step status update. We'll also keep you updated by email throughout the process.
That said, while we strive to fill and ship prescriptions as soon as we can, sometimes delays happen. If you have not received a confirmation that your prescription has been received or the order has been shipped, please feel free to text or call us at 844-931-2345 (Mon-Fri 8am to 6pm PST).
