To reset your password, please visit the login page and click the 'Forgot Your Password?' just next to the password field.
On the Forgot Password page, enter the email address for your account and click the blue 'Reset Password' or 'Sign in with a verification code' buttons. You'll receive an email from Qwark with a link to reset your password or a unique verification code depending on the option you choose. Click the link in the email to be taken to the Reset Password page, where you can choose a new password.
Please note, your password must contain the following:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Have at least 1 upper case
- Have at least 1 special character
Once reset, you'll be redirected to your Account Summary page, where you can manage your orders and account.
